Checkered steel is pressed with lenticular, diamond or bean anti-slip patterns via special textured rollers on HR/CR base plates, followed by leveling and fixed cutting. The integrated patterns are firm, non-peeling, wear-resistant and impact-resistant while retaining full weld & cut performance. Mainly used for factory anti-slip platforms, stair treads, trench covers, truck footplates, dock walkways and equipment anti-slip base boards.
