Hot rolled coils and plates are manufactured by heating steel billets to 1100–1300℃, then continuous hot rolling, cooling, coiling and cut-to-length shearing under high-temperature plastic forming process. It features high production efficiency and high material yield without secondary cold treatment. The material owns excellent ductility, toughness and weldability with low internal residual stress. It has moderate dimensional tolerance and ultra-high cost efficiency. Widely applied for steel frame construction, mechanical base, ship auxiliary plates, bridge panels, hardware fittings, building embedded parts, and raw stock for cold rolling and deep processing.
